I made this sauce today. It was sooooooo scrummy and really was very quick to do 🙂

I par boiled a nest of noodles for a few minutes and left them in the pan of boiled water while I prepared the sauce . (I didn’t have any garlic powder so I crushed a clove of garlic instead). Then I heated some sesame oil in a frying pan and fried a 320g bag of vegetable and beansprout stir fry on medium heat . After a few minutes, I strained the noodles and added them and the sauce to the frying pan and stirred for another 3 minutes. That was it, all done! A really tasty stir fry in about 10 minutes. I made this for myself and I have some leftover for later. 2 nests of noodles and it would be perfect for 2 people. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe Bealou 🙂 x
